About Hellbent Kustom Engineering

Logan Reed served his apprenticeship, has spent many years working as a Manual Miller/Turner, fabricator and welder and is now an experienced CNC programmer having spent almost as many years operating CNC machines.  In April 2009 he started Hellbent Kustom Engineering in partnership with Sally-Ann, his wife. Having gained planning permission late in 2007 for a purpose built workshop and permission to trade from his land in Happisburgh, it took 18 months for Logan to turn his hand to building and complete the project where the business operated from until February 2011.  Hellbent Kustom Engineering finally outgrew it's start up workshop and the decision was made 1) to sign the lease on a 1900 square foot unit on the industrial estate at North Walsham and 2) to buy a new larger automated machine.

 

Aside from the manual machines, at start up Logan purchased a new Haas CNC Super Mini Mill, followed only a few months later by a new Haas CNC TL1 Tool Room Lathe.  The latest acquisition was delivered in March 2011 and is a brand new Hurco TM8 with barfeed. 

  

Logan's interest in the custom car/bike accessories market comes from his passion for hot rods and drag racing.  A former award winner, he appreciates how difficult it can be to get bespoke parts in this sector and as such intends to make it easier for you to get the exact parts you need cost effectively, even one offs.
