Deliveries
We aim to dispatch all orders the same day where possible but always within 3 working days. Unlikely and rare stock issues will be notified by email to give you the opportunity of cancelling if we cannot supply fast enough for you. Postage is via Royal Mail, first class signed for service.
If your delivery address is outside the UK please email us with your details to request shipping costs. Please note you may also be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You are liable for any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for more information
Returns
We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase from Hellbent Kustoms. Please be assured that you can purchase with total confidence from both our website and our Ebay Shop. Should you wish to return any items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a returns number. Ensure your item is adequately packaged and return to us at our registered address: Unit 1b, Cornish Way, North Walsham, NR28 0AW. You are responsible for all postage costs on returns to Hellbent Kustoms. On receipt of the item(s) in new condition we will arrange for you to be refunded to the value of your purchase less postage via our Payment Gateway Paypal. In the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty please accept our sincere apologies and contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order to request a returns number. Ensure your item is adequately packaged and return to us at our registered address: Unit 1b Cornish Way, North Walsham, NR28 0AW. We will arrange for an immediate replacement to your satisfaction and a refund of postage costs incurred. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on personalised/millgraved items.
Order Acceptance
We will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. Orders placed by you are an offer to purchase and will be accepted by us, subject to stock availability. If something is not in stock we will either let you know at the point of ordering or as soon after the order has been placed as possible. The contract for the sale of the goods will be formed when we send email confirmation to you that we have dispatched your item(s) to you at the address you have provided us with. Acceptance will be complete at the time that we send this email to you. We reserve the right to change at any time any of the details of the items on the site including prices, materials, sizes etc. Please check carefully each time you visit our site to ensure you are ordering correctly.
Payment
To ensure you can shop securely and we receive payment safely over the internet we use Paypal as our payment gateway thus all credit/debit cards are accepted along with payment via your own Paypal Account. If preferred we can send a Paypal Money Request through - just email sales@hellbentkustoms.co.uk and notify us which email address you would like us to send the request through to. We also accept cash or cheques made out to Hellbent Kustom Engineering. Please allow up to seven working days for cheques to clear and accept delayed delivery times as goods will not be dispatched until funds are cleared.
VAT
All orders are subject to VAT at the current UK rate. Our VAT Registration no is GB 947 4236 03.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We may modify these Conditions at any time by posting the Conditions on the website. You may terminate your contract with us if you reasonably consider that you have been reasonably disadvantaged by any change we make to these Conditions.
Liability
Hellbent Kustoms reserve the right to change information, prices, specs and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.
If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. In the event that you order an item and the price is incorrectly listed on www.hellbentkustoms.co.uk, we will contact you to let you know the correct price and ask you whether you still wish to fulfill your order at this price. We shall be under no obligation to fulfill any order for any product advertised at an incorrect price. Likewise you are under no obligation to continue with your order at the corrected price and can request a full refund of any monies paid on cancellation of your order.

Accordingly we do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss or damage to property, and/or loss from claims of third parties arriving out of the use of this site or for any products or services purchased from Hellbent Kustoms/Hellbent Kustom Engineering.
